How do I return an item?

RETURNS:

Money back guarantee and no hassle 365-day return policy returns if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. Simply return your package to:

You can return your purchase for up to 365 days from the purchase date, as long as the item shows no signs of use. All returns must be in original condition and MUST be shipped with your invoice that can be found in your order confirmation email.

Your refund will not include shipping charges previously paid for USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, USPS Express Mail, or USPS Global Express Mail (International orders). All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we have received your return at our warehouse, we will refund your credit card and send you an email stating that your return is completed. Please allow 7-20 business days for our team to process your return.

Please be advised that credit usually takes 3-5 business days to appear on your credit card statement. You will receive a confirmation email of your refund once it has been authorized and completed.

EXCHANGES:

Exchanges are completed upon receipt of your package and inspection of the products. Once we receive your package, we will send you an email for a PayPal request or authorization for a credit card charge in order to cover the new shipping costs. Once the charges completed, we will promptly ship out your new sunnies!

DAMAGES:

Damage claims can only be accepted up to five days after tracking states the package has been delivered. If you would like to place a damage claim, please email us (sunglassspot5@gmail.com) with your order number and a photo of the stated damages.
